I found the staff attentive. They promptly assisted us. the location is very central, close to everything! the shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water, which i always appreciate. it made getting ready so much easier!!!
the air conditioning was not quite powerful enough. it struggled a bit to keep the room cool during the day. i hope they can improve that!

the hotel features a modern reception area and clean amenities throughout. i saw guests taking advantage of the spa facilities, and there's also a cigar room available, though i didn't personally use it. i did notice that the sauna was temporarily closed.

The location is central. My room was well-appointed and very clean. I found the staff to be helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the hotel restaurant. The dishes were delicious.

the hotel is centrally located. it was easy to walk to shops and restaurants. the beautiful double room was fine. the bathroom was great. breakfast was acceptable.
the room i had was smaller and more basic than i expected. the window looked out onto a courtyard, reducing natural light. i had to switch lights on during the day. the hotel advertises as a spa hotel, though guests must pay a fee to use the spa.
